not pick-up from the stop and drop at the selected point. Due to diesel Bus stand more than 2 hours at one place.

Dear Sir/Madam, My entire time has been wasted because of your poor bus service. I was dropped before my actual drop point at around 2:30 AM, and at that time there was no other bus available from that location. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and difficulty during the night. Your bus service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
