National Travels NTA Bus Booking

I had one of the worst bus travel experiences ever. The bus kept breaking down repeatedly throughout the night, turning what should have been a comfortable journey into a frustrating ordeal. I was supposed to reach Bangalore by 7:00 am, but even after 9:00 am we were still stranded near Krishnagiri with no clear timeline. What made the experience even worse was the lack of communication. Passengers were left waiting without proper updates or any meaningful assistance. Many of us had work commitments and important plans that were completely disrupted because of the poor maintenance of the bus and the way the situation was handled. A breakdown can happen to any vehicle, but the way a travel company responds is what matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor vehicle maintenance, inadequate contingency planning, and little regard for passengers’ time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this operator. Reliability and punctuality are essential for long-distance travel, and based on my experience, this service failed on both counts.

The bus arrived 1 hour late and then it broke down at the beginning of the travel itself. The bus started very late at 2.30 am. The bus is not maintained properly and broke down 3 times on the way to Bangalore, and we still haven't reached Bangalore. We were supposed to reach Bangalore by 6:30 a.m., but at 9:30 a.m. we were still at Krishnagiri. The belt has broken, and they are doing the repair work. We don't know at what time we will reach Bangalore.

Not good.

Worst experience in my life.

Bus came 1 hour late to the pickup stop and then the drop was almost 3 hours late which is too bad. We are yet to reach our drop location.

It took almost 8 hrs to reach Hosur from Chennai.

Bus break down and there is no response from the team

Ac control was not working and was late too. Hence, it was a bad experience.

Bus broke down and the staff behaviour was very rude.

One of the worst experiences in my life. I will never ever book this travel in the near future.
