The bus seats smell really bad, and the whole bus is filthy. The bus is also running very late. Don't make any further plans relying on this bus service.

Totally hopeless journey in my life this travels. Not clean, no mobile charging connection, no time sense. Very bad experience in national travels.

One of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The bus was scheduled much earlier but arrived only at 10:45 pm. Even after boarding, the bus was extremely slow. Trucks were overtaking it throughout the journey. I was still on the bus and expected to reach Belagavi around 11:30 am, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the office staff were very rude. Instead of politely answering customers who asked about the delayed bus, they shouted at them and behaved unprofessionally. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that people avoid travelling on this route if they value their time and expect decent customer service.

Bus was late by 45 minutes and seatwear was very dirty and smelly. Changing port was not working and lights were not working. It was the worst bus journey I have ever had and it reached late by 1 hour.
