The bus arrived extremely late compared to the scheduled time. Moreover, unauthorized and suspicious persons were picked up midway and allowed to sleep in the aisle, blocking the walking space. Additionally, the cleaner's behaviour and way of speaking were very rude and unprofessional.

Surat reach time 7:30 am. But I reached my location at 8:30 am, 1 hour late bus.
