Both drivers' phones were switched off when we were waiting at the bus stand, and no call was received from the driver. The bus timing was also late; the bus was supposed to start at 4:00 am but actually started at 4:20 am from Jaipur bus stand and arrived at Churu at 8:40 am, while the scheduled drop-off time was 8:01 am only.

Everything is good but please share the exact pick up location with the customer via map and bus should stop at least 1 min at pickup location.

Water bottle is not provided, charging points don't work, seats are too narrow, also online booking is 800 rupees but if you get offline it is only 200 for sleeper.
