We had to sleep on used and dirty bed sheets left by the previous passenger in the bus. Even after requesting clean bed sheets, the staff refused and said they did not have any extra ones.

Firstly, the bus was not the one I booked, and I got the last seat which I didn't choose. There was no pillow and no privacy, just the cabin open. I am not considering travelling further with this agency.

Staff behaviour is so bad. Ladies se bat karne ka dhang nahi hai. Raat ko akele female ko dekh kar pareshan karte hain. Mai recommend nahi karunga kabhi bhi in bus ko.

No blanket. No pillow. No water bottle. Other bus at travel time. Delay by 1.15 hour at Jhunjhunu.

I have not travelled with the same bus that I booked, they shifted me into another bus which does not have proper AC, hygiene and seat. I will not book any ticket from MMT from now.
