Ac is not cooling, only air coming through ac vents. No blanket, no reading light.

I have experienced a very bad journey. When I boarded the bus, it was already late. I complained about my neighbour seat passenger shouting too loudly, which prevented me from sleeping. The bus staff did not take any action. Very bad staff behaviour.

Overall performance is very poor, and time management is not satisfactory. The arrival at the pickup location was delayed by more than one hour.
