No ventilation in the bus. Please think or plan about air-conditioned seater buses from Tural (Ratnagiri) to Mumbai.

The condition of bus and seats are very very bad. No cleanliness. Sleeper class seats are 3rd class.

Service your bus before leaving the starting point. In the middle of the journey, it needed mechanical work to start for 3 to 4 hours.

There was no AC although they told me they had. No pillow or blanket. No charging socket was working, and for non-AC, was overcharged against no facility provided.
