Very bad experience in this bus travel. Two hours late at the pickup point and all parcels in the bus sitting row loaded. Very bad. I am not travelling in this bus and not using ticket book in the app.

Dropping time was 11 am but it's 12.39 pm. I'm still travelling. Bus is overloaded. It's a very bad experience.

Punctuality is very poor. Cleanliness of the bathroom is so bad. No water supply in the washroom. Dropping point differs from location, same as pick-up point.
