Worst bus and staff I had ever seen. My pick up point was Susain Circle but the driver asked me to go to the next pick up point. After argument with the driver, he asked me to talk with the company. He gave the reason of festive traffic but other transport buses were coming in the city. Also, bus safety is a serious concern; has to review safety inspection.

Highly recommend not to choose this bus. While booking shows fantastic bus but when it arrived it was too much bad condition bus. Not having proper seat. No charger point. No light will be there. Bus got 1 hr late at pickup point.
