It was the worst experience of travelling. I had booked my journey from Goa to Bangalore, but instead, a SAM bus was provided. During the journey, I lost some of my belongings from the bus. When I contacted the authorities for assistance, their response was rude and unhelpful. Moreover, there was no CCTV surveillance or adequate security available on the bus, making it impossible to verify or trace the missing items. I am highly disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service.

Please do not choose this bus service. The staff behavior was very rude, and passenger safety did not seem to be a priority. The AC was not working, there were no functional charging/power plugs, and the drivers did not respond to passengers' requests or concerns. The driving was extremely poor and unsafe. The driver did not slow down for speed breakers and road humps, making the journey very uncomfortable and risky. I have been traveling through RedBus for more than 18 years, but this was by far the worst bus service I have ever experienced. It was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
