My experience was worst. The bus was delayed for 9 hours and the driver is not even bothered about this. AC is not working. Seats are not clean. Seat cushions are very hard. Driving speed is very slow. Extending breaks for longer time. Left behind 2 passengers during washroom break. No punctuality, RTO police stops the bus for paper formalities. Very bad experience - 0 rating for this terrible ride.

Bus time of departure was not good as we had booked 9pm time, bus came on counter after 9:30. Also, technical fault in bus caused us to reach the destination late.

The bus was 2 hours late and moreover the bus operators are not answering the call. Not recommended to travel with this bus operator if you are sending ladies or parents. Never book this operator again.
