Driving was not proper. Got late by 1 hour 15 min at boarding point. Bus was stopped almost around 15 times in 6 hour journey. Poor driving.

Small sleeper coach, bus moves a lot, no timely arrival, waited like 1 hr extra in middle of night till 12 am, safety concerns.

Overall, it was a very good journey. The sleeper seats were comfortable, charging ports were available, and the staff were very cooperative. One small suggestion: instead of only announcing the stop names, the staff could note each passenger's drop-off stop and wake them up when their stop arrives. This would be very helpful for passengers who are sleeping. Thank you for the excellent service.

I feel very bad experience in my recent travel, I have booked the bus on 25/06 from Pune to Sangli, the bus was accurate on time. They picked me at Katraj at 11.14 pm. The journey started good but after 2 am I felt that I was travelling in local tempo/taxi/vadap service. The operator was literally shouting at every stop in the entire bus. The operator sounded like rickshaw wala; they announced every stop after the Karad stop till Sangli. So after 2 am I never slept. No blanket. Very bad experience, never travel from Pune to Sangli.

We had 11.30 pm pickup at Navale Bridge last night 18th June 2026! Bus got delayed at every boarding point. Then it had an accident at Katraj. We waited around 2 pm. Bus driver didn't communicate. Owner didn't answer calls. Pathetic. Please do not book this bus at all. Dangerous experience.
