Subject: Suggestion to improve coordination for online ticket holders Dear Sir/Madam, I travelled on 29.06.2026 from Sagar to Bhopal on your bus with an online booking. My allotted seat was seat no. 6. However, when I boarded the bus, another passenger was already occupying that seat. Your staff requested the lady to shift to another seat. After some time, they also offered me an alternative seat. Since the elderly lady seated beside me was a family member of the other passenger, I voluntarily shifted to the alternate seat out of courtesy. I am not writing this to complain about your staff, as they tried to resolve the situation. My intention is only to suggest an improvement in the coordination process. Information regarding online bookings should reach the bus conductor and driver promptly so that seats allotted to online passengers are properly reserved before boarding. This will help avoid inconvenience to both online and offline passengers. I hope you will consider this suggestion to further improve your service.

If I talk about safety, travel assistant, boarding point and facilities, everything was terrible and not at all satisfying. Also, I did not get my own booked ticket seat. So I will not recommend anyone to travel by this bus.
