The fans were not working and their curtains had no holder, so the windows being opened on both sides meant curtain in your face the whole time. Velcros can be attached to prevent that.

Bus was new and good but the driver drove like an autorickshaw. Couldn't sleep at all despite being in a single berth. Terrible.

This is not the first time I have experienced this. Around six months ago, I travelled with this bus because it was known as one of the best premium AC sleeper buses. However, the staff behaviour and overall management were very poor back then as well. Today, I had to travel with the same bus again because of a last-minute rush and had no other option. My destination was Vadakara, but I was dropped at Kozhikode. The staff informed me that my stop had been reached while I was asleep. When I asked the driver about it, he simply said that I should not sleep if I wanted to get off at my stop. Then what is the point of booking a sleeper bus? Passengers choose sleeper buses to rest during the journey. When we are paying a premium fare, we expect at least basic responsibility from the staff to ensure passengers get off at their correct destination.

Overall decent journey. The only thing I didn't like about this trip and my return trip with the same operator was that the conductors kept opening my curtain to inform something while I was lying down. It feels like invading my privacy and personal space by unknown men. I couldn't sleep peacefully knowing they can peep inside unannounced and randomly.
