The rest stop hygiene was pathetic and even the food quality is not good. Cleanliness and bus infrastructure need to be improved. The charging points and the AC vents are broken.

The blankets needed to be washed. Rest all was good. The bus driver and cleaner were helpful and the bus was punctual, in fact reached before time.

Very disappointing experience at the rest stop. The hygiene and cleanliness were not maintained properly, especially around the food area and washrooms. The food quality was also not good and didn’t feel fresh. On top of that, the place was extremely crowded and there was almost no network coverage, making it difficult to contact or search for people. Definitely needs better management and maintenance.
