Booking to Payal Travels but his suddenly bus changed to Pramukhraj Travels. I booked a single seat but bus cleaner said 2 in 1 seat. Very bad experience.

Bus reached boarding point 1 hour late and at the dropping point bus is 3 hours late, it feels like zero time management, and driver and the conductor behaviour is not okay with the ladies. In all, the seats are too dirty, charging points are not working. Honestly, don't choose this bus anymore. Too many alternative buses are there, please choose those only.

I traveled from Jamnagar to Surat with Payal Travels, and my experience was very disappointing. The bus condition was much worse than expected for the fare charged. Charging ports were not working. Reading lights were not working. Seat condition was poor and uncomfortable. The overall exterior and interior condition of the bus was not well maintained. The driver appeared to be of advanced age, which raised concerns about passenger safety during a long journey. Considering the ticket price, the quality of service was not satisfactory. I would not recommend traveling with Payal Travels unless they improve their bus maintenance and passenger facilities. My experience was not good, so I would not recommend Payal Travels to other passengers

We are travelling throughout the night with heavy rain. The rainwater is dropping onto the seat and half of the bus. Every passenger is uncomfortable. For that reason, please fix this problem.

Time taking is more than other travels & so many parcels taking so loading & unloading time is waste for passenger
