My seat was changed without giving me any reason. I booked seat no A7 on Red bus but I was not allotted that; instead, I was allotted A2. Moreover, the behaviour of bus operator Sahil was not appropriate; he told me to contact Red bus, as he was not responsible. Very disappointed and suffered discomfort throughout the journey even after paying the required amount. Need to check it very seriously.

I booked bus from Rourkela, bus timing showed 5:15 pm. I booked at 3:55 pm just 1 km far from Rourkela bus stand. But after booking, I got to know that the boarding point is 40 km far from Rourkela. How is it possible to get to that boarding point in 20 mins? Why is Redbus considering that boarding as Rourkela? It was a new city for my sister (passenger). How difficult it was to manage.
