I had an excellent travel experience. The punctuality was good, and the staff behaviour was pleasant. I found the seat comfort to be very good, and the cleanliness of the bus was also good. The driving was professional.

Pathetic seats, all wet by rainwater. Bed sheets had big yellow spots as they were washed two months ago. In the cleaning, nothing was done. No water bottle. Even the driver and conductor did not stop the bus to arrange water despite continuous requests for drinking water and dinner arrangements at a hotel en route. They refused to stop the bus. After five hours of the eight-hour journey, he stopped for two minutes as they continuously refused to stop anywhere. I had to drink the water I brought and had to pack dinner at 2 pm to eat on the moving bus. It was so uncomfortable with rash driving. So much more to tell, horrible experience with such conditions.
