Bus was 30min late and I had to catch another car from ISBT which I missed. The phone number given was wrong and of other bus. Even when I was calling in that number continuously, they only kept saying, yes the bus is coming no issue. What the hell is no issue, you are coming 30mins late.aAnd not even responding properly about bus location.

A.C. was not working properly. The bus had too many stoppages, almost like a local bus. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The timing of the pickup point was 7:45 am. I waited for 30 minutes in scorching heat. At 8:10 am, the bus arrived. Even the contact number provided was of another driver who was not even driving the bus, and the other contact number did not accept incoming calls. The situation became panic as I was not able to track the bus due to the unavailability of live tracking. Also, I talked with customer care, but the customer service agent assured me of help regarding tracking the bus and asked me to be online until a solution was provided. However, my call was put on hold for 8 minutes and no solution was given. Please improve your service as you are running a customer service. Very disappointing service.
