Terrible service. Driver did not stop at the pick-up point and drop point. My drop point was Khopoli, but the driver did not enter Khopoli and stopped at Juinagar. No amenities mentioned were provided. Seats were very dirty and had a bad smell. No bedsheets, no water bottle. Arrogant behaviour of staff and driver. Do not ever go with this travel.
