As I have admired to travel most of the time with this app but today my bus was switched from AC to non-AC without informing me and was very dirty. The bus was unhygienic, and the seat was stinking with sweat and smell. Totally disappointed. Never going to travel again with this pathetic bus service.

We had to deal with terrible threatening from the second in charge of the bus. We had to use a pay toilet 200 m away due to the poor and pathetic conditions of the rest stop provided, which eventually caused a 10-minute delay from our side to return. However, we made sure that we kept the bus staff in the loop, sending out proper updates over the phone. In the end, we found the above-mentioned staff in rage, raising a hand to us, followed by a deluge of verbal abuse.

Horrible experience. Please do not book if you are travelling anywhere. First, my bus got cancelled. Then they allocated me a different bus from a different location with different seat numbers. The bus was horrible, very poorly built. After eight hours, it caught fire. Then again, our bus was changed. It was all horrible.
