Very disappointing journey due to poor staff behavior and bus design. The crew completely ignored a female passenger's urgent request for a washroom stop, which is absolutely unacceptable. Also, the 2-seater sleeper only has one AC grill, so the cooling is uneven—one person feels the air while the other is left unsatisfied. Avoid booking this bus.

Charging port is dead and not working. Nowadays, please do not travel in this bus when you have an emergency. The driver says please control, we will stop forward, but does not stop the bus.

They were forced to change the bus at Raipur, unnecessary extra time was wasted at the food halt and Raipur bus stop, onboarding more people than comfortable sittings.
