Overall experience good. But four people wheelers allowed sleeper pace allotted for two persons. Wrong practice should be taken care of.

The bus was 2 hours late, without any accountability of informing, I was calling again and again to get the update, I was not getting clear information. And at the end, they moved us to a different seat at Kashmiri gate, without any designated seats.

I booked two sleeper seats with my dropping point at IFFCO Chowk. However, instead of dropping us there, the bus dropped us at Kashmere Gate and arranged another bus for the remaining journey. That bus was already completely full, with no seats available. We had to sit next to the driver, in front of the entrance, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the bus arrived about an hour late at the starting point of our journey, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, this was the worst travel experience I have ever had. I am very disappointed with the service and will never book again.

We had booked tickets from Rishikesh to Rajiv Chowk, Gurugram for two passengers. However, we were dropped at Kashmiri Gate instead of our booked destination and were told to take the metro to reach the destination. This caused considerable inconvenience to us. We request an explanation and appropriate action regarding this issue.

Bus didn't reach the location. I was picked up about 1.5 km ahead from the location. There was no intimation or communication regarding the bus. I almost missed it. I have tried multiple ways to track the bus staff.
