The bus was not very clean, too much smell.

"The overall experience was not satisfactory. The sleeper berth did not have a bedsheet provided, and the blanket was extremely dirty. The mattress was also unclean and not maintained properly. Additionally, there was no arrangement for drinking water for passengers. Kindly improve cleanliness and basic passenger facilities to ensure a better travel experience."

It was raining and it was dripping inside the bus plus on our seat. The seat was wet and smelly. The AC was not working and blankets were missing.
