My seat was at the back, so I couldn't sleep properly because the bus suspension wasn't working right. The seat kept jumping all night.

Bus stoppage is at Hare Krishna restaurant after Shivpuri, unhygienic toilets and poor tea/food/snacks. Please avoid stopping here. Rest of things related to bus is good.
