It has been a terrible experience to travel with the bus. The bus was delayed nearly 2 hours. When the RTO officer inspected the bus, the bus driver had no legal documents. If you have no other option for travelling to Rajkot from Surat, then you can delay one day but never travel this way.

Very bad experience with staff and punctuality as well. I would suggest don't go for such kind of bus service like Raj Travel Express because this kind of service deserves zero rating. There's no tracking service available for bus. Bus came 40 minutes late without any prior information. Totally disappointed.

The bus shown on the website is changing. The bus was very old, uncomfortable and scary. The staff's behaviour is very bad. I had to fight to get my booking seat. However, instead of seat number 13 and 14, I was given another seat. I am very disappointed with this travel.

That was such a horrible experience, you inform the wrong time to the passengers on board, it was mentioned that the bus will reach Banswara 4:45 in the morning, instead it reached 8 in the morning. I would never ever recommend this app to any colleague or family person...

The bus experience was very good. The only issue was that the ticket mentioned Raj Travels, but the bus that arrived was from Patel Travels. Due to this mismatch, we could not identify the bus even after it arrived at the pickup point.
