We had booked tickets directly to Gandhinagar, but were unexpectedly asked to change buses at Ahmedabad around 5:30 AM without any valid reason. We had to wait for nearly 30 minutes, and no assistance was provided for transferring luggage despite traveling with elderly parents. The staff on the second bus behaved extremely rudely, shouted multiple times, and disrespected my old parents. To make matters worse, we were dropped at a different location than the promised dropping point, causing unnecessary inconvenience and distress.

Raj travels bus breaks down at Upleta every time on this route, then from Upleta to Bhanvad they arrange another local sitting bus. Why? This is the second time I suffered. Red bus services do not provide any refund.

The pickup points were really easy to reach in the middle of the city and pick up and drop was accurate according to the time mentioned in the app so 5 star from my side.
