No cleanliness, very dirty and smelly blanket, no comfortable sleeping bed and that is also full of dirt and smaller for adult. I got allergy after using the blanket as no other option was there at that time.

The bus was delayed by more than five hours, causing us immense inconvenience. We were stranded in Kanpur for nearly three hours during the night without any proper assistance or updates. The AC kept getting turned off repeatedly. The complimentary water bottle, which was promised at the time of booking, was not provided. There was no restroom on the bus, despite it being mentioned that a toilet would be available. The reading light was not working, and the bus was very dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was promised during booking.
