Bus service was okay. But the blanket was stinking very badly. Cleanliness of the rest point bathroom was very pathetic and at both the stopping points there was only one dhaba/restaurant. You literally don't have any other option for food as well as restrooms.

I was traveling in the bus in very hot weather so I had booked an AC bus so I could travel without any problems in my journey but there were many problems. First of all, the ACs were not cooling at all and it felt like we were miles away from it. Even the fan air didn't reach us. To be honest, I will neither recommend nor travel again by your services. Another point to be mentioned is the staff behaviour, as the bus conductor was fighting and rudely talking with the passengers throughout the journey, which also decreased my experience although I was not involved in it. Overall, it was a very bad and disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
