The journey from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar was excellent. But there was no prior information about the travel from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata. I had to wait XXXXX hours in Bhubaneswar in the heat. Moreover, the bus given for travel from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata was worst in terms of hygiene and comfort. The bus had cockroach in it loitering and it was dirty and unhygienic. Leg space was very bad, seats were very uncomfortable with unplanned and unnecessary stopages. It was basically a nightmare. The restaurants where the bus stopped for dinner were very dirty and unhygienic.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. Firstly, the bus did not arrive at the designated pickup location, and I was asked to travel to a different point at the last minute, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, the departure itself was delayed, and throughout the journey, the bus kept stopping almost every 30 minutes, which significantly increased the travel time. Due to poor planning and frequent stops, I was dropped nearly six hours later than the expected arrival time, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this reflects poor coordination, lack of punctuality, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this service to others unless they improve their time management and customer communication.
