Bus was late. Driver and conductor were stopping everywhere to give luggage which was not of passengers. Bus reached 1.15 hours late and they were rude too.

I am still in the bus and have not reached my destination yet. The bus is very slow. I was supposed to arrive by 8. It is an absolutely pathetic experience.

Driver kept stopping bus very frequently for smoking break. Reached destination 2 hr late. No punctuality.

The bus service is always late. The hygiene at Dinner Point (Lakeside View) is very poor. Food is overpriced. A XXXXX plate includes mixed veg and chana dal, which does not justify the cost. The cooking area is located near the toilets, and unpleasant urine smells can be noticed while dining. Most menu items are excessively expensive compared to the quality and quantity offered. The dal makhani appears to be served in a large container, but the actual quantity is quite small and disappointing. Overall, the pricing, hygiene, and food quality do not provide good value for money. Behaviour of bus conductor is not good.
