I have booked non-Ac sleeper couch from Madurai to Chennai. The worst trip ever had. 1. 50 minutes late departure 2. The sleeper couch was dirty and hospitality was terrible. 3. Window door jammed and unable to open which made me feel uncomfortable. 4. Around 2 hour late dropping time.

Don't prefer this travels ❌❌ Absolutely the worst bus travel experience I have ever had. Avoid this bus service at any cost. The bus was in terrible condition, the seats were uncomfortable, and the cleanliness standards were extremely poor. To make matters worse, there was no proper communication from the staff at any stage of the journey. My boarding point was Udankudi, but I was unexpectedly asked to board another bus to Tiruchendur. After reaching Tiruchendur, I was left stranded with my luggage for nearly 2 hours without any updates or assistance. This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. The bus was heavily delayed and reached Chennai around 12 PM, causing significant inconvenience. The operators clearly lack basic planning, coordination, and customer service. Passengers are treated with complete disregard, and the entire service reflects incompetence and poor management. A highly frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional experience. I would never choose this service again and would strongly advise others to stay away.
