Will booking ticket it show AC. After ticket book it show NonAC. But your fare is AC. Why you allotting NonAC? Why charging AC fare? Bus night 11:05 PM from Chennai to Kumbakonam and there is no office in Koyadabed. Where shall we sit?

Related to safety of the driving, rash driving and not meeting the requirements of safety. Timing did not meet the requirements. Almost 3 hours delayed, still we are in the bus, not arrived at the destination due to the driving.
