Very bad.

Worst journey ever.

Miss behaviour of office staff and timing issues with very late departure and arrival times. Overall unhappy with the travel services.

I booked/charged for the AC sleeper seat but they gave a normal sitting seat. Very bad They ruined my whole journey. Did not provide the said facilities. Bus is very late.

not a single charging port is working in a bus , the air flow of AC is too slow , cleanliness , this word is not made for this bus..... seats , i think roadways buses seat are better then this....

It was a terrible terrible experience we had. I travelled with my mother, father, my sister and her kids and the experience was terrible. The bus was really old. There were no mirrors or curtains in sleepers. The quality of mattress or cushion in sleepers was pathetic. The AC was not working properly. They stopped the bus everywhere till Bikaner to get additional passengers. They made the extra passengers sit in our sleeper even after denying multiple times at multiple places. They did not stop at a basic hygienic rest stop and it was a terrible terrible experience.

Staff behaviour is very bad. The bus AC stopped working and it was about to catch fire. The driver opened the emergency window and drove the vehicle at 100 km/h. There were 70 passengers in the bus. There was a burning smell of wiring in the bus. The bus was not stopped. They did not call another bus and drove this bus for 200 km. We arrived three hours late.

Bus was full of third party luggage so passengers were not allowed to carry luggage. This should be a luggage bus, not a passenger bus. Worst bus service ever I have seen, so please do not book this bus. The washrooms were locked. Service was very poor.
