The charging socket at my seat was not properly positioned and could not be used to charge my phone. Due to this issue, I requested assistance from both the conductor and the driver and politely asked if my phone could be charged elsewhere on the bus. However, they refused my request and behaved in an unprofessional manner.
As a result, my phone battery drained completely and the device switched off during the journey. This caused significant inconvenience, as I faced difficulties in booking my onward transportation and accessing important travel-related information.
