My travel experience was the worst. The staff allowed many unreserved passengers from every bus stand, which made the bus overcrowded and forced them to stand. The seating comfort was also the worst.

there is no pillow as was you showing in image, conductor is drunked and not behaving properly, AC is not working properly and there is so many reasons, I am extremely disappointed with this bus service. The bus condition is completely different from what was shown during booking, hygiene is poor, and the overall travel experience is unacceptable. I feel misled and request immediate action.

People are sitting on plastic stool in the middle of the bus between rows. Unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere of the bus.

Bus punctuality can be improved; delayed by 45 mins as timing plays an important role in catching connecting transport. Rest all was good.

buses were no less than local mini bus, people were double the sitting capacity of bus.

Bus dropped before my own selected dropping point. And no charging socket was working in the bus, and when this problem was told to bus staff, they said the bus did not have an inverter.
