This did not feel like a long-route bus at all; it felt more like a local bus. The bus was stopping every 5–10 minutes to pick up passengers and then moving again. Many passengers were travelling while standing inside the bus in addition to those sitting on seats, which created a lot of inconvenience for the seated passengers, especially those sitting on the side. This was my personal experience, and I found the journey very disappointing. I was travelling with my family, and Digha is a long-distance destination, so comfort and convenience are very important. However, the seat comfort was not satisfactory at all. The seats were uncomfortable, and the back push button of the seat was also not working properly. After starting from Digha, the bus stopped for the first time only after around 5 hours, which was too long, especially when travelling with children and family members who need breaks for freshening up and having food. There was only one stoppage, and that place was also not very comfortable. The availability of good food, hotels, and other facilities was not satisfactory. According to my personal experience, this Travels journey was not comfortable for a long-route family trip. I hope the company improves passenger comfort, stoppage planning, and overall service quality in the future. Thank you.

RECKLESS Driving Seat Broken and Damage Luggage.

It took 12 hours plus. I came Digha DGP to Suri in 7 hours. Jinia bus was too good. And the bus was adding normal passengers like a local bus.

Very bad as much as expected.

Please add few minutes gaping main stoppage
