I kept my luggage in the bus luggage compartment, but it was damaged by rats during the journey. A hole was chewed into my bag, which was very disappointing. I request the bus operator to maintain proper cleanliness and pest control to prevent such incidents in the future.

Booked the last seat for the same price as the rest of the seats. There was no air ventilation. I was completely soaked in sweat.
