Worst experience of bus travel. The driver stopped numerous times to onboard local commute passengers every 10 minutes. Scheduled arrival at destination was 7:30 am and we are still seated in the bus. It is 10 am. The primary reason is extra income from local onboarding. This disrupts schedules of passengers travelling for more than 12 hours who have prebooked. Action needs to be taken against the operator. This is zero customer-centric behaviour.
