Staff behaviour is terrible. He stopped the bus for 5 minutes after requesting, also did not listen and behaved rudely with women and kids.

The overall cleanliness of the bus was very poor. Additionally, the seats were in bad condition and the pushback mechanism was not working properly. Please improve your maintenance.

Seats are very bad in the bus and we waited so long at our pickup point in the rain. It made the experience uncomfortable and the worst.

The bus did not arrive, and there was no information provided by the bus operator. They were not even attending phone calls. This is the worst service. No refund has been provided.
