The bus stopped functioning near Mangaon at 4am in the morning and there was no action by the bus guys. Finally, in the morning around 8am, when there was no bus movement and no arrangement was made by the bus guys, I had to take another bus and paid additional money from my pocket. This is a pathetic experience. I have photos and videos as evidence which I can provide. I want a full refund of this trip.

They didn't inform me beforehand that the bus had broken down; instead, they transferred me to another AC bus—specifically, the second-to-last sleeper seat—after 10 PM. I had to switch vehicles at Chembur, and they even charged an extra .

Driver's behaviour was very rude and did not pick me up from my actual location. They told me to come to their place, which is very far from my actual location. They stopped the vehicle for dinner, which was not hygienic, but the quality of food was very good. Driving was very rushed.

Horrible journey to travel. Bus got damaged and no one was responding from bus staff. From Sunday night 12.30 to 6.30 am Monday morning people were waiting for bus repair on the road. On Monday we were supposed to attend offs.

I did not feel good at all while travelling in your bus. Your driver had no control over the speed of the bus and he did not even stop it. He was not even thinking that someone might be sick in the bus and on top of that he was overtaking all the vehicles at full speed and a bus driver stopped the bus and shouted at him. It means that you people are providing such a service that you people do not care at all about people's lives. Such bad service.

I booked my journey with Roshan Travels, but the bus provided was फ्रॉम aaradnya (आराज्ञा) Travels instead. The seats were comfortable and the overall seating experience was good. However, the bus was shaking and vibrating excessively throughout the journey, which made the ride less comfortable. I hope the operator improves the vehicle's condition for a smoother travel experience.

I had the worst experience of my life after boarding this bus. Initially, AC in the bus was not working for my seat, then it stopped for the entire bus. After we protested, the driver ran away leaving the passengers and bus on the road. We took another driver to the police station, but did not find any solution for this, and were forced to travel in the terrible situation.
