This bus service is the worst service they are giving. I request Red bus please look into it. Bus did not board from Babughat. They called around 6.30 pm and the bus was to board at 8.30 pm. They told me the bus was not going to board from Babughat and said I could board from Santragachi. Then I asked if I cancel, what about my refund. They told me if the bus service is canceled then I will get a full refund. After confirmation, I was willing to cancel my ticket but till now, 30/9/26, I have not got my refund and they also denied my calls and SMS. They are not ready to give my refund or reply. This bus service was a worst experience. They charged me 14k for 2 tickets from Kolkata to Bangalore for the 20/09/26 dated journey. Please help me to get my money back.

Very bad experience, please don't travel with this bus. AC doesn't work, we were travelling from Bhubaneswar to Santragachi during that journey we have experienced very bad situations. Request to everyone please don't travel please...

Bus AC is very poor. No staff will pick the call. If you are boarding from Bhubaneswar, they have given boarding point as Baramunda bus stand, but they stopped at Nayapali Crown Hotel.
