Bus has been late 1:30 hours and travel did not mention driver number.

very bad experience in this Travel Because old aemmenity is not updated and AC working on/off Switch not working properly and Holding Time at hotel is more compared to another Travel/bus . very poor hygiene condition in Bus .

Rest stop very bad. No toilet point sufficient, only one point for too many passengers and only 2 rest points from Abu Road to Ganganagar. Not good for ladies passengers and all.

I booked a ticket for a journey from Ahmedabad to Bikaner. My ticket explicitly mentions the final drop-off location as "Goga Gate Circle, Bikaner". However, upon reaching Bikaner, the bus driver and staff refused to go to the promised drop-off location. Instead, they terminated the journey at Gangashahar, which is approximately 17-20 kilometres away from Goga Gate Circle. The staff was uncooperative and forced me to deboard the vehicle short of my destination.
