bus was not reached on time it's very bad experience in bus there is no blanket and light also still I'm in bus the time was 6:30 now it's 8:15 and not reached to my destination, im not prefer to book this bus again

Very very bad. I will not recommend anyone. The Royal Travel is pathetic. It's a very dirty place to sit and first I needed to clean the seat with wet wipes on my own. I was traveling with my son. He is just 2 years old and he was touching here and there. I am still worried about his health. Whenever I was wiping the seat, those black dust particles I can't even forget. Horrible experience.

Bus seat capacity is only 48 seats. But they got an extra 15 people. Ten people sat in the bus middle passage and five people sat in the driving cabin. So a total of 62 passengers travelled. It is very dangerous.

Worst travel experience I ever witnessed yesterday. Extremely poor bus quality, unsafe conditions, huge delays, and zero proper support from the operator. Completely disappointing.
