The seats were comfortable except the gap in between them. The AC was good. Bus was clean. They need to stop more frequently for rest stops.

Everything was good except that the seats had a gap in between them which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, they do not have rest stops frequently. Everything else was very good.

I have chosen the dropping point at Amit Nagar but as informed by the driver, the bus never went to Amit Nagar and they dropped us at Dumad Chokdi. If it is not possible, then why is there a dropping point at Amit Nagar at the time of booking the ticket.

We had a very bad experience. Bus timing 7:00pm was given to us but it departed at 8:00pm, due to which our time was wasted and we had a bad experience.

As mentioned in online booking my dropping point was check post in Abu Road but the driver dropped me at Talhati. They did not cooperate with me. Live tracking is just to show but the link does not work. Driver behaviour is arrogant.

Worst experience ever. Their bus broke down before the trip. Then they arranged a taxi that came after 1.30 hr, but the taxi driver said he would not drop at the dropping location; instead, he would drop 10 km before. Then we talked to the bus operator, and after much discussion, he agreed to drop.

Departure time was delayed by 1.30 hrs. Arrival time was delayed by 2.00 hrs. Air conditioner was shut down three hours before arrival.
