This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have had. I was travelling with my mother, and despite asking the enquiry staff for guidance, we were not given clear directions about where the bus was parked. Instead of helping us, the staff behaved unprofessionally and blamed us for delaying the departure by 30 minutes. It is unacceptable to treat passengers this way, especially when they are simply seeking assistance. Passengers deserve clear guidance and respectful communication. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff are trained to assist passengers courteously rather than humiliating them.

My bus was delayed by an hour. I was waiting at the designated boarding point and continuously called the bus operator. They only answered once, telling me, We are on the way, we will call you when we reach, but nobody called back. I kept tracking the bus on GPS and noticed it went over the flyover instead of stopping. When I called them again, they told me to catch the bus at Kondalampatti. My brother and I reached that area within three minutes, but the bus was already gone. It was 2:30 am, and we were left stranded on the road in the middle of the night. I tried calling the operator repeatedly, but they eventually switched off their phone. Now, they are falsely claiming that I was not at the correct boarding point. They showed absolutely no mercy. If a girl is left stranded on the road at 2:30 am, who is responsible if anything happens to her safety? The operator's negligence put our lives at risk.
