One of the worst bus journeys I have ever experienced. The bus arrived late, the seat numbers were not properly marked, and passengers ended up fighting over seats while the staff failed to manage the situation. The driver and staff were extremely unprofessional and did not know how to speak to passengers respectfully. When we asked about the drop-off point, they responded rudely and even started shouting. The bus was supposed to drop us at a completely different location without any proper explanation. The seats were dirty, uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell throughout the bus. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly during the journey. Poor service, poor management, and a very unpleasant travel experience. I would never choose this bus service again and would not recommend it to anyone.
