One of the worst travel experiences ever. The bus was delayed by 2 hours, and there was no proper tracking available. The contact number provided was also unreachable, which made the situation even more frustrating. The AC at my seat was faulty, with continuous high-pressure air leaking and causing discomfort throughout the journey. The seats were uncomfortable, and the driving was extremely rough. The journey itself lasted 7–8 hours, and the driver did not stop even once for a washroom break. Despite repeated requests from a passenger—clearly mentioning that there were ladies on board—the driver ignored all requests and behaved poorly. This level of service is unacceptable. I request that this travel service be blocked from my suggestions, as I have no intention of using it again.
