The toilet was not clean, and there was no proper provision to close or lock the toilet door. Additionally, the blankets provided were also not clean. Kindly look into these issues and take necessary action. Furthermore, the rest stop was in very poor condition. There were inadequate washroom facilities, no proper seating arrangements, and the overall area was not clean or hygienic. The food hygiene standards were also unsatisfactory. I request you to take immediate steps to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and passenger facilities.

Ac was not working properly as required and food quality was very poor at the dhaba. Do not stop the bus at this dhaba due to poor food quality served by the staff. I appreciate the driver who was cooperating and supporting.
